All-American Aquatics will replace any such merchandise in 15 days upon notice of any problems. Please present purchase information and reason for return.
Restocking fee of 20% will be charged on returned merchandise. Once items have been worn or altered in any way, they cannot be returned. State Law Prohibits the return of swimwear altered or worn in any way.
Practice suits are returnable for size only. Logoed suits and closeout suits are not returnable.
All returns are the responsibility of the customer; therefore protect yourself against lost packages by sending your return insured. Allow two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your credit card statement. Credits issued will be processed in the same manner in which the purchase was made. If you are exchanging merchandise, please include return shipping cost of $8.
