A3 Performance has developed one of the coolest goggles I have every seen or used. The Fuse goggle offers patented fuse technology which fuses and very soft, comfortable, low profile TPC silicone gasket right ot the goggle. This gasket will not tear and does not crack even after months of use. The lens are UV protected anti-fog optical grade poly carbonate.

These are low profile, extremely comfortable and very cool looking.

I highly recommend getting pair for your training and racing. This is the best!

Resistance training is a key component for many top swim programs.

There are numerous uses and methods for involving resistance training into the training program.

The waters resistance is low and constant. Perfect for developing endurance over a variety of training. Increasing resistance is a great way to develop power and strength in the water. Resistance training can quickly and thoroughly fatigue the muscle and should be used carefully

An inherent benefit in resistance training is the ability for the swimmer to find the “sweet spot” of the stroke. As the resistance increases the swimmer becomes more aware of their stroke and will naturally improve the efficiency of their stroke.

Mainly used are NZ stretch cords, long belt, short belt and tow tether
www.all-americanaquatics.com . The Grudge Belt is a source of pure stroke and power development while testing the will of the swimmers.

Resistance techniques include swimming, kicking or pulling on a long belt fixed to a block for an increasing resistance or to a bucket for consistent resistance. Short belts and drag belts are best to be used to develop specific technique.

We are interested in how you use resistance training in your program. Let us know.

The much anticipated release of FINA approved swimwear is out.  Speedo is leading the release with the delivery of the new LZR Elite available at www.all-americanaquatics.com.  The LZR Elite is the same LZR Pulse fabric used in the previously famous LZR Racer.  This fabric is very light weight, non absorptive and is coated with a teflon coating that makes this the fastest surface currently in the water.

The difference between the LZR Elite and the LZR Racer is obviously the absence of the polyurethane panels that allowed the body to hydro plane.  Hydro planing is one of the reasons for the incredible time drops and thus making the suits banned by FINA.  The LZR Elite offers bonded seams making the suit appear seamless.  Speedo is touting reduced drag with the bonded seams making this the fastest suit in the market.  It appears that there is some core stabilization built into the LZR Elite female suits as well.

Bluesevenety is also releasing their version of FINA approved suits, the Nero TX.  The Nero TX also offers bonded seams and is made of the same fabric as the LZR Elite.  As a matter of fact, the way the rules are written by FINA, brands have little options but to purchase and use the same fabrics.    This means the differences in brand will be minimal.  Same fabrics, same surfaces, similar construction.  Fit and price will most likely be the deciding factor for acquiring your elite racing suit.

Q, a new comer to the market and TYR will also have suits available in the similar fabrics and made with similar production technique.  For all these and more visit www.all-americanaquatics.com
